SIGUE

SIGUE is a project of the Galician Health Service, whose objective is to provide an intelligent mobile app that allows integral relationship between citizens and health buildings, where routes calculation and localization are enabled also inside and outside them. System integrates with the appointment calendar of citizens, providing the best route to get to their appointments, minimizing delays and improving the attention received. It also allows users to establish ""meeting points"", so they can share their current location with another users whom will be routed to that location.

SIGUE initiates its journey with the pilotage of the Hospital Universitario Lucus Augusti (Lugo) and the Administrative Building of Central Services in San Lázaro (Santiago de Compostela).

SIGUE is integrated with queue management system, so as patients don't need to go to the ticket dispensers totems for the turn to their appointment.

The mobile device must have compass to run the app".
